This is my favorite GUI text editor for Linux, I use the Windows version all the time too. I also covered this topic here.

I'm using Mint Cinnamone installed on virtual machine VMWare. The instruction helped me to adjust my mouse scroll wheel speed. I set the value to 6. Now it's comfortable to use the mouse. Thanks a lot!

It displays an icon in the indicator area in the Panel . Indicator menu allows you to switch the current input ports and output audio devices (in terms of PulseAudio source and sink, respectively) in two clicks.

Using this application, you can, for example, to switch between headphones, speakers and HDMI-output sound using just two clicks. Or to switch between multiple audio devices without having to go to system settings, and so on.

The application requires PulseAudio to work, and it automatically gets the list of devices thanks to the abilities of PulseAudio.
The opportunities provided by Sound Switcher Indicator, not missing in Linux Mint or Ubuntu, but this tool makes life easier for those people who constantly switch between speakers, headphones and HDMI sound, and this can be very useful for some users.

Installation into Linux Mint:

sudo apt-add-repository ppa:yktooo/ppa
sudo apt update
sudo apt install indicator-sound-switcher

I have installed on my system and noticed that the program itself was registered in the startup.

Good Luck!!!
