I'm using Mint Cinnamone installed on virtual machine VMWare. The instruction helped me to adjust my mouse scroll wheel speed. I set the value to 6. Now it's comfortable to use the mouse. Thanks a lot!

Development of the project OcenAudio began when the research group of the Brazilian Federal University of Santa Catarina (LINSE, it became necessary to use audio editor, with support of formats, with a good spectrum analyzer and has no "extra" functionality.
OcenAudio supports work with files of most popular audio formats and files of any size, has a full spectrogram (picture showing the dependence of the power spectral density of the signal from time to time). Most of the operations with application runs in the background.

OcenAudio gives a chance to analyze the file the overlay many different effects (increased higher-or lower frequency, echo, changes in the quality and etc.). All self-imposed effects you can listen while you add.
OcenAudio has a simple (typical for many editors audio) user interface and a large number of settings. The application is based on Ocen Framework, a powerful library designed to simplify the development and standardization of development of applications for audio manipulation and analysis on the different platforms.

Installing OcenAudio in Ubuntu/Linux Mint and derivative
Open a terminal (Ctrl+Alt+T), copy and execute one of the commands for your system
For systems 32-bit

cd /tmp && wget http://www.ocenaudio.com/downloads/ocenaudio_mint32.deb && sudo dpkg -i ocenaudio_mint32.deb
sudo apt-get install libqt5concurrent5

For systems 64-bit

cd /tmp && wget http://www.ocenaudio.com/downloads/ocenaudio_mint64.deb && sudo dpkg -i ocenaudio_mint64.deb
sudo apt-get install libqt5concurrent5

Once installed, you will find OcenAudio programmes Audio and video, or search in the menu.

How to remove OcenAudio:
To remove OcenAudio from your system, run this command

sudo apt-get remove ocenaudio*
