Installation into Linux Mint:

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:vincent-c/cherrytree
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install cherrytree

In the settings you can activate the tray icon

Remove from Linux Mint:

sudo add-apt-repository remove ppa:vincent-c/cherrytree
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get remove cherrytree
