KKEdit - interesting text editor

Some of the features KKEdit:

-external tool can be run synchronously and asynchronously

-send selected text in an external tool

KKeditKKedit

Despite the existence of some "advanced” features, KKEdit is not the IDE. He was not created to replace, for example, IntelliJ Idea, and other such tools. KKEdit is just a text editor with some interesting features you may find useful.
Installation into Linux Mint:
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:nilarimogard/webupd8
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install kkedit
If you do not wish to add to your system PPA repository, you can manually download the deb packages KKEdit from here and install them manually (but you will not receive automatic updates via update Manager.
