Installation latest version into Linux Mint:

sudo apt-get install -f
sudo /opt/COMODO/

This does not work as advertised on newer kernels… but there is hope.
Comodo Forums Installing on newer kernels

If you still have problems… use their forums. I have figured out how to use this on every Linix system I have been asked to.
