Timekpr is a parental control app that can be used to track and control the use of computer. With it you can restrict the duration of user sessions and hours of access, or to block the account.

The Timekpr development stopped a while ago, but continued fork called Timekpr-Revived.

The latest version of Timekpr-Revived 0.3.6, released recently, has received several changes, including:
*interface ported to GTK3
*implemented speech synthesis using python-espeak
*added options of speech, first alert and menus information about the app
*added support for Ubuntu 16.04/Linux Mint 18
*loginctl now filters only active users
*Timekpr is now using DBUS for notifications when possible
*various cleaning, repair and reorganization project for its larger contemporary.
Note that the version in the official PPA repository Timekpr-Revived now going with GTK2.
Installation latest version into Linux Mint:
