The Timekpr development stopped a while ago, but continued fork called Timekpr-Revived.
*limit daily use of computer users and setting the time during the day when you might be entering the system
*option to lock the account
*option to cancel the restrictions for the current day

The latest version of Timekpr-Revived 0.3.6, released recently, has received several changes, including:
*interface ported to GTK3
*implemented speech synthesis using python-espeak
*added options of speech, first alert and menus information about the app
*added support for Ubuntu 16.04/Linux Mint 18
*loginctl now filters only active users
*Timekpr is now using DBUS for notifications when possible
*various cleaning, repair and reorganization project for its larger contemporary.
Note that the version in the official PPA repository Timekpr-Revived now going with GTK2.
Installation latest version into Linux Mint:
