CPU-X - a program to view basic information about the computer (CPU, cache, motherboard, RAM, operating system, graphics subsystem).
CPU-X is in fact an analogue of CPU-Z for Windows, i-NEX and Hardinfo for Linux and repeats their graphical interface. It is also worth noting: the program is supported for various distributions, available for download portable and console versions.
CPU-X is able to display information about the memory soldered on the motherboard, which can not even CPU-Z for Windows
CPU-X reports informations about:
  • Processor
  • Motherboard
  • Memory
  • System
  • Graphic card
  • Performance

Hi DMonty, & Anyone Else Interested in this,

After adding their repository, you must have their repository key before updating and installing their software.
For Ubuntu 16.04 Xenial (Linux Mint 18.x)
wget -nv -O Release.key

sudo apt-key add - < Release.key
sudo apt update
sudo apt install cpu-x -y

For other Ubuntu versions see the link below, Linux deb files are in the "grab binaries directly" link.
Install package home:X0rg / cpu-x

Hope this helps ...
