When you first start the program opens the configuration window, which presents a variety of settings.
Supported code completion, customizable syntax highlighting, code folding, syntax checking, advanced search by project, an integrated system of documentation, debugging code, profiling, testing, and more.
Eric is written using the Qt library. Is free and available for Linux and Windows.
Installation into Linux Mint:

sudo apt install -y eric
1. Download the archive with the program
2. Unpack and enter the directory of the program through the terminal
3. Run the three commands:

sudo apt install python3-pip pip3 install qscintilla sudo ./install.py
The plug-in extensions can be loaded from within eric by selecting Plugins ➡ Plugin Repository. The source code for the plug-ins is available via the "eric Code" page (see sidebar for the link to this page).
