Media player Bomi is a simple and quite user friendly GUI interface to mpv player written in Qt. The player is easy to setup and use, supports many formats, hardware decoding, video playback from youtube.

Experience a pleasant one. It is extremely customizable appearance, minimalist. All videos, I have reproduced easily, even the WMV file. Does not stretch the video window with a high resolution file (if the player window 720 x 400, the file is 1920 x 1080 will be in this small window, until you open full screen or change the size).
